Ginataang Ampalaya. To Bicolanos most likely vegetables are cooked with coconut, even the bitter guard or ampalaya. Today I would like to share how I cooked my Ginataang Ampalaya, one of my favorite Bicolano vegetable dish cooked with coconut milk.
